Below, please register your personal information to be entered into the “Chance to Win”. Raffle sponsored by Harley-HH.
The following terms apply to this WEB-Site; the raffle is offered by Harley-Davidson Hamburg Nord GmbH (called: ” Harley-HH”). The visitor of our internet portal is referred to as “user” henceforth “Register now for your chance to win”.
Harley-HH is not responsible for the accuracy and takes no responsibility for the raffle, its winnings or the information collected and stored with the registration.
To use the “chance to win registration”, the user has to be at least 18 years old and has to be legally competent. Participation is limited to one player per household. Each person has only one chance to win.
The registered users are advised that Harley-HH is collecting information and stores this information at its corporate headquarters. The user grants Harley-HH the right to use this information for advertising and for the purpose of contacting him/her. If the user objects to this condition, we ask for notification and Harley-HH will delete the user’s database information. By objecting to the conditions the user foregoes his/her chance to participate in the raffle.
Each registrant must have a valid e-mail address to which replies can be send. Incomplete or false information, automatically generated messages and dispatches, and entries generated by technical manipulation, as well as multiple entries and written correspondence will be excluded from the raffle drawing. .
Harley-HH will destroy all raffle correspondence. The information gathered will be kept confidential and will not be publicized to other users. Harley HH will not sell or otherwise share the registration information with affiliates, advertisers, or competitors. The raffle is not legally binding and cannot be challenged in the courts.
The winners will be notified personally by letter or e-mail. Winnings, which cannot be delivered will be re-entered into the raffle. Exchanges or payouts of the winning prizes are not possible. Date and time of the raffle will be decided solely at Harley-HH discretion.
